Curing of small precision items

For some small and precise electronic component packaging scenarios, low-power LED curing lights are suitable. For example,
in the process of encapsulating tiny chips, UV curable glue is used to secure the chip. Since the size of the chip is small, a low-power
curing light can precisely control the curing area, avoiding the overflow of glue that could affect the performance of the chip. Moreover,
the low power of the light allows for slow curing of the glue, giving it enough time to evenly distribute around the chip, ensuring the
accuracy and quality of the encapsulation.

Curing of temperature-sensitive materials

Many materials are very sensitive to temperature during the curing process. Take some biological materials or UV curable materials containing
thermosensitive additives as an example; high-power illumination may generate excessive heat, leading to material deformation or the failure of
additives. For instance, on some biomedical detection chips, there may be UV curable coatings containing bioactive molecules. Using a low-power
LED curing light produces less heat, allowing the coating to cure without damaging the bioactivity.

Curing of thin coatings or shallow layers of materials

When only a very thin layer of material needs to be cured, a low-power LED curing light can meet the requirements. For example, when curing varnish
on the surface of paper prints, only a very thin layer of cured layer is needed to increase the glossiness and wear resistance of the print. A low-power
LED curing light can effectively cure the surface varnish without penetrating the paper, while also reducing energy consumption.

Manual operation scenes requiring longer operating times

In manual production of some UV-cured crafts, such as UV-cured resin jewelry, craftsmen may need time to adjust the shape of the craft or add
decorative elements. Low-power LED curing lights have a slower curing speed, which provides ample operating time for craftsmen. They can continue
to mold and manipulate the material after it has partially cured, until they achieve the desired effect before letting it fully cure.
